Idea Templates Created in Photoshop
My three things I chose to print out.
Developing Website
These are the results of my questionnaire that I sent out. I sent a few and once I got the results back, I entered them into a spreadsheet that I created in excel to look at the results more clearly. The results showed that most people when shopping online chose, easier page layouts. When creating the checkout page I will want to make it as easy as possible and by coding what I have right now I think it is pretty simple to use. The results also shows that most people wear casual clothing which informs me that I shouldn’t be making the wrong type of clothing if my results show that most people just wear casual clothes. I think by doing this questionnaire it has helped me gain what information I need to use when I am working on my website. It has really helped me know what I am doing on my website and it gives me feedback from general people.
Questionnaire
I sent out my questionnaire online and to people I knew. I have gotten some responses back & I am going to put them into a results table that I have made in excel once I feel that I have enough.

Thank you for completing this questionnaire. The information put down will be taking into consideration when I’m creating my own clothing & website.
This is my checkout basket for my website that I have been working on throughout the half term.
I took a few screen grabs of different aspects of the basket.
I found this coding in a book about website design and different elements. Creating this was a tutorial inside the booklet so I decided to have a go.
The coding of the shopping basket automatically adds up the total amount due when an item is added into the basket.
Wire frame pages of my website.
I did these on creately which is a free website that allows you to create a mock up or wire frame page of your website as well as many other things you can do.
End of half term holiday 06/06/10
Over the half term I have been working on my website which has most of the pages now.
This week I have been working on coding the shopping basket for the website which allows the user to drag what item they want into an area and it’ll add it to the shopping basket.
Screen Shots of my developing website
These are some of the screenshots of the developing website. They are the mock ups in photoshop and some screen grabs taken from dreamweaver to show my progress on my website.
Different Logo designs that I came up with for my website.
I came up with a few from Photoshop fonts. I also downloaded some fonts that I thought were appropriate.
I also used the mouth to create the colour logo using block colours.
The logo that is enlarged is the logo that I decided to go with in the end. I thought I had a wide variety to choose from and I think the most legible one is the one I chose.
Logo Design & Brand Identity
I decided to research into logo design & brand identity.
I researched some logo designers earlier but never really researched the information on Logo design. I also did brand identity where I think they both link very well together.
I also took some images from random games, clothing brands and movies because their brand Identity is well known. Like the nike tick, customers know it is nike by the logo of a tick on a product. - Brand identity.
End of Week 19/05/10
This week I have been designed website templates for my website. So far I have created about 9 websites Templates. Ive also created a few more since then but havent uploaded them yet.
I also created more designs and took a template further & created wireframe templates of my entire website on www.creately.com
Template 9
This is my ninth template. I created a background in photoshop then added the filter stylize and it made the background, I quite like the background so I decided to further the design. I like the menu navigation at the side. I think even thought there isn’t much colour, I do like the layout at a whole and it’s not too much so it doesn’t take the focus away from my clothing items. I would like to have a bit more colour but Im not sure if I was to continue with this template I would have the same page for everything, or different colour pages for each different page.
